Chizuru realized her feelings for Ryu were greater than she thought. He eventually ended up patching things up with him. He spent a lot of time deciding what he wanted to do in the future, mostly due to unresolved issues with his father and his ill mother. (Nudge, nudge, wink, wink ) Kazehaya is also studying for sports medicine at a different university. Kazehaya and Sawako’s relationship has grown a lot through the series and have definitely gotten closer in the last volume. Once they are in university they do almost everything together.* Much to Kazehaya’s dismay since he doesn’t see Sawako a lot. They also decided to go to the same university and helped each other study. In fact, Sawako considers Kurumi as her best friend.* They both want to become teachers and it’s something that helped bond them together. Kurumi and Sawako actually becomes great friends in the manga. (I don’t know how to mark spoilers here.)
